Yesterday saw the launch of my latest project: a redesign of JazzPromoServices.com. This site was already built using WordPress but needed some reworking to best take advantage of the CMS functions of WP. It served as a good opportunity to make use of the new Custom Post Types functions of WordPress 3.0 – they came in handy for organizing the display of an extensive Client Project database. Having now worked a couple of sites in WP3.0 I must say how impressed with the improvements I am.
I should mention that the visual design is an adaptation of a stock template – the majority of my work was in the backend of the site.
It’s much fun doing all these projects for JazzCorner.com. The next one is already in the frame – more about it in due course….
